Do you have any current vacancies?
We’re always looking for experienced, friendly support workers to join the team. We currently work across New South Wales, but we’re growing all the time to meet the needs of clients. If you don’t see a post in your area, reach out anyway and introduce yourself.
What's your recruitment process?
If you’d like to be considered for a position, simply apply online. We’ll call shortlisted candidates within 2 weeks to arrange an interview, followed by reference and background checking. If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to join us for an induction and training, before being matched with clients local to where you live.
Do I need my own car?
It isn't essential to have your own car but having one will give you maximum flexibility on the type and location of support work you’ll be offered.
What qualifications do I need?
To apply for a support worker role, you will need to provide the following:
NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to obtain
Qualifications from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) are not compulsory.
How soon I can start?
We know you’re keen to start working as soon as possible, so we try and keep our recruitment process simple – in fact, it’s faster than you’ll find at most aged care and disability support providers. At the end of the day, it all comes down to demand in your area, how quickly we’re able to process and verify your documents, and how much training you need.
