Oyster Care Pty Ltd (ABN 21643025218) is a registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality disability supports to participants across New South Wales. We are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and committed to upholding the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards.

Our NIDS Services

As a registered NDIS provider, Oyster Care delivers:

Support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching
Core and capacity-building supports
Community participation and group activities
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Medium-term and short-term accommodation
Transport and skill-building programs

We work collaboratively with NDIA planners, support coordinators, and allied
health professionals to deliver supports outlined in participants’ NDIS plans.
Our approach is person-centred, meaning we tailor our service delivery to each
participant’s goals, preferences, and cultural background.

Oyster Care Foundation

is a separate legal entity and registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). The Foundation is NOT a registered NDIS provider. NDIS participants receive their funded supports through Oyster Care Pty Ltd.

What's the difference between Oyster Care and The Oyster Care Foundation?

Oyster Care Pty Ltd (ABN 21643025218) is our NDIS registered provider entity. This is the organisation that delivers all NDIS-funded supports to participants. The Oyster Care Foundation Pty Ltd (ABN 84648338809) is our separate charity entity registered with the ACNC. The Foundation delivers free and subsidised community programs that are NOT NDIS-funded. If you are an NDIS participant receiving funded supports, you are receiving services from Oyster Care Pty Ltd.

Can I access Foundation programs if I have an NDIS plan?

Yes! The Oyster Care Foundation’s community programs are open to everyone, including NDIS participants. However, these programs are separate from your NDIS-funded supports and cannot be claimed through your NDIS plan.

Who decides what's in my NDIS plan?

Your NDIS plan is developed and approved by an NDIA Planning delegate (an employee of the National Disability Insurance Agency). Oyster Care does not determine your plan funding or what supports are included.

We work with you, your support coordinator, and your NDIA planner to deliver the supports that are included in your approved plan.

How do I verify Oyster Care is a registered NDIS provider?
