As a Disability Support Worker with Oyster Care, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day care of our Participants with physical disabilities and/or mental illness. Oyster Care Support Workers enable our participants to reach their full potential by helping them achieve their individual goals.
The roster will be rotating, including some weekend work. It’s important that the selected support workers can also collaborate effectively with another family member in the household. This demanding role offers the benefit of stable hours and includes weekend shifts.
